Dr Kelly Smorthit, MChD/BChD(Dist), MFDS, PGCert, MRes(Dist), MOrth RSC(Eng)
Dr Kelly Smorthit is a Specialist Orthodontist with a passion for delivering personalised, evidence-based orthodontic care. Having graduated with Distinction from the University of Leeds, she was awarded a Bachelor of Science with integrated Masters in Dentistry.
Dr Kelly also achieved Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) and Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth) with the Royal College of Surgeons. She gained an additional Masters by Research (MRes) and a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Education.
Her commitment to lifelong learning and clinical innovation is matched by her dedication to providing high-quality care across a wide range of orthodontic treatments. Dr Kelly has a track record of clinical excellence with a warm, patient-focused approach.
She is passionate about creating confident smiles while ensuring a positive and reassuring experience for patients of all ages. Known for her attention to detail, calm demeanour and clear communication, Dr Kelly works closely with each patient to tailor treatment plans that align with their needs, goals and lifestyle.
In her personal time, Dr Kelly enjoys spending time with her young family, exploring the outdoors on dog walks with her golden retriever and relaxing through creative hobbies like painting and pottery. She also loves to travel and experience new cultures whenever she can.
