With over 18 years of experience in dentistry, Carrie brings exceptional expertise, professionalism, and warmth to her role as Practice Manager. Having started her career as a dental nurse, she has developed a deep understanding of both patient care and clinical excellence, allowing her to lead our practice with insight and compassion.

Carrie is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the practice runs seamlessly — from patient experience to team performance. Her leadership style blends positivity, precision, and a genuine passion for helping both patients and colleagues thrive. She takes great pride in fostering a welcoming environment where excellence, growth, and wellbeing go hand in hand.

Outside of the practice, Carrie is a devoted mum to two wonderful children who inspire her daily and remind her of the importance of balance, patience, and laughter.
